Objective: We examined potential improvements in health behaviors from a worksite healthy pregnancy program. Methods: In this clinical cohort, non-randomized study, worksite wellness center members joined a 10-week healthy pregnancy program and completed study questionnaires. Results: Overall, 128 participants enrolled and 76 (59%) were program completers; they were an average of 31 years old. Paired t-tests showed participants increased their days of exercising, practicing pelvic exercises and strength training per week. They also increased their confidence for exercise and knowledge about safe exercising during pregnancy (p < .001). Conclusions: In this clinical program outcome study, healthy pregnant women who participated in a worksite healthy pregnancy program improved their physical activity level and their knowledge and confidence for safe exercise.
